The Mythical Flying Alpaca

Ssshh, quick, hide behind the bushes and don't make a noise!.....There's one of those mythical flying Alpacas up ahead! :O

Wanted to do an environment piece, something nice and colourful, and somewhere I'd like to hangout. ;) Gonna be doing some more environment pieces now, maybe some much quicker ones too.

Bembel the Flying Alpaca!

Is that a flying Alpaca I see?? It's lots! Bembel likes to change his costume and fur colour a lot, he can't decide which is his favourite...
Just going for a bright, bold, colourful style. :)

Some late night fooling around with brushes - and then a dragon appeared out of it! :o Too much Skyrim playing, maybe...

Oooo, long time no update, naughty me! So here's 1 - zombies!! Always time for zombies, right?? Too much cuteness recently, need something a bit nastier. : | Might do colour versions of these, shall see!

My Big Fat Update!

'Appy new year, everyone! Let me start by saying 'oh dear oh dear oh dear' - what an age it's been since my last update! Apologies...*offers cupcake*
Buuuuuut - what we have here is an 'Epic Update', or 'My Big Fat Update' :) I've decided to post many of the little tests I worked on (not saying who for ;) and also the many canvas paintings I've done for various gifts :)

First up, a character I was asked to design and a mock screenshot :)



Next up, a small weird hut (I decided on a Hut of Sacrifice!) and also a little cutesy princess design. (They look nicer as .swf files, but can't upload them here)



Next is a fashion style character, as well as a strange chair prop, and ad banner.





Also, a Christmas version of an existing game, and small icons/props to accompany it.



And lastly we have a series of different canvas that I made in recent months. Sorry about the picture quality on some, they're photos on the canvas in different lighting! :)







Phew! See, I'm not just sitting at home playing Skyrim all day ;)

Cthulu Pumpkin!

Just a lil update! I was contacted a few days ago by someone who liked an old Cthulu pic I did aaaaaages ago, and asked if they could use it to make a pumpkin carving; well of course I said yes! And what a great result too!! Check it out :D

Kebab's new friend

And so a new pic featuring Kebab, but also his new friend that he met in my last pic! Done in Flash this time, just doing it a bit more vector-style. :)

Kebab the hedgehog only has 1 thing on his mind... I like drawing these 2 characters :) Can draw cool animal hats for the boy and a spikey little hedgehog :D I imagine more pictures of these 2 in the near future....

Wow it's gone super cold here in Frankfurt!! Winter's started, it feels like! I love it tho - blue sky and very 'crisp'; we'll all be drinkin gluhwein and munching on yummy christmassy food before you know it ;)

Animal hats!

Yay, update!! Sorry it's been a bit slow, this will change again :) So, as the cold weather starts, the cool funky hats come out to play! Animal hats last year were quite trend, and I reckon it'll continue this year! So I started doodling some more animal hats (and cool winter clothing!) of my own in a cutesy way :D I love the animal hats trend - yes it's silly, and that's why it's fun!

So here's the final version of them, and below that is the initial doodle in my sketchbook, in case you wanna take a look. :) (note the unused viking girl ;)

Happy Monster!

Happy monster time! The sun's been shining here in Frankfurt and it's been unusually hot for this time of year - so a happy monster appears! There's been a lack of updates recently as I've been doing a few little tests, but more will come, you'll see! For now, I must mentally prepare myself for Oktoberfest and then Stockholm...:)

It's aliiive!

Oooh look! I did a little animation in Flash! Just a simple one, a little monster dude holding a balloon (why not?) - he's very pleased. :) Trying to get better at this, it really has been awhile...gimme Photoshop anyday though, it at least *behaves*....mostly. ;)
